KEY CLUBS

We sponsor 5 Key Clubs with over 400 high school student members. Key Club International is the high school organization sponsored by Kiwanis International. Key Club assists Kiwanis in carrying out its mission to serve the children of the world. High school student members of Key Club perform acts of service in their communities, such as cleaning up parks, collecting clothing and organizing food drives. They also learn leadership skills by running meetings, planning projects and holding elected leadership positions at the club, district and international levels

Founded in 1916 the  Kiwanis Club of Springfield is an organization of service-minded men and women who respond to the unique needs of greater Springfield and are dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.

Through Kiwanis membership, communities are improved, friendships are built, leadership skills are developed, and business contacts are made. More importantly, the lives of children in the area and around the world are changed for the better.
